hihi i'm in class blogging haha y? coz i wan 2 blog bout wad happened ytd at
my work place when i was working in case i 4got... it was bout a customer who
abused dis power "customer is always rite"... ytd was mon den i was working
after sch 6pm-11pm so i work at AMRT mac den at 1st everything was fine 4 e past
few hrs when i was working, everything was smooth, all the orders came out, all e
orders were given 2 e customer, no refunds, no nth...


so after a few hrs, it came a customer with another gal... they ordered 5meals but
i 4got wad meal they orderd, so total amount they ordered is $32... so when my
counter crew (da feng) was collecting payment, they place a $1000 note on e
table... so chai peng (my 2nd assistant manager) & i was standing bside da feng
den we explained 2 e customer sry but i'm afraid tat we could not accept this
$1000 note because e amount is too big, if u dun mind, could u pls change it into
a smaller note? den e customer was furious & she said wad? dis is e 1st time i had encountered dis situation in mcdonalds, dere's oso no rules and regulation tat mcdonalds can't accept $1000 note... den we explain bcoz dere's a rule in
mcdonalds saying tat we couldn't accept notes tat is a large amount... den she
said i'm ur customer, how can u expect me 2 in2 smaller change 4 u?, u should b
e 1 changing 4 me and nt me changing 4 u... so we explained & explained e
customer den she die die wan us 2 change 4 her... so john (my RM) decide 2 end
it bcoz it's really pointless if we cont 2 argue lidat so he promo all e meal 4 her &
gave it 2 her... so tat business could still go on...

frm tat case, it taught me tat, dun think tat u r a customer of a certain shops, u r always rite. customers do also make mistakes.
