Today i went back to store to look for Boss to go through my MDP .. then we came across this Question :
Problem Solving...
The answer that my boss give was " TO understand probe in problem by the solving problem and not just the cause ."
I did not get it, what is the message that he trying to tell. Until he explained to me. Problem solving is to solve the problem and not the cause that causes the problem .. Finally I understood but ... Im back to emo-ing mode well this time, is not getting worst then the last time. I guess, all along I'm not even solving the cause ! I guess Im avoiding it. How !!! I am doing reflection over and over again but outcome is still the same ?
It's not easy to speak up, about matters that is not causing any harm to anyone, but a great impact on yourself.
People always say , "take it easy everything will be alright?" "don worry everything will be ok"Is that true ? Or they are just paying the lip service ? Every now and then im hearing this things on drama, people and many more.
Still we are not solving the problem, Some suggestion and feedback will just increase the burden .This time round I can say the mother board has break down. Last time I did mention about asking someone to refresh me my pressing "f5", well it works but is temporary.
Because on the surface it is only solving the CAUSE, still the problem were unsolved ..
